We ship all orders from our production kitchen in Calgary, Alberta. Currently, we ship within Canada only.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Every order is packed carefully to prevent breakage during transit. Bottles are individually wrapped and cushioned. In colder months, we monitor weather conditions along shipping routes, but please note that extreme cold can occasionally affect transit times.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for remote areas. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help track it down.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then reach out to us.
